Hard Requirements:
Background: Applicants must be from Africa (Nigeria/Egypt/South Africa, etc.), Southeast Asia (Vietnam/Indonesia/Thailand, etc.), or South America (Brazil/Mexico/Chile, etc.), or have lived or studied in that country for more than three years.
Languages: Applicants must be native speakers of the local language and fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English, capable of independently conducting business negotiations and presenting business proposals.
Soft Skills:
Passionate about energy and international trade, with the ability to quickly grasp the technical logic of integrated solar-storage-charging technology.
Excellent communication and resource integration skills, enabling efficient engagement with local governments, businesses, and partners.
Strong ability to withstand pressure and adapt to the challenges and flexible pace of building a market from scratch.
